Crash Bandicoot New Part Leak

Rumors on the upcoming new game from the Crash Bandicoot series were circulating for almost a year. Now the new game has a leak. Unfortunately for noisy players, there is not much to get out of it. All we know is that the game was originally planned to be released this October. Whether it is Covid-19 ruined its plans or any other reasons, Activision decided to change plans. The company did not share the new date.

The leaker was Matt Romano, the player who posted on personal page at Twitter beats of information. It does not say much and can barely be called a leak. He wrote that the game was originally planned to release during the fall, yet Activision chose to postpone it. The main is still the picture that was shared together with the text.

According to this picture, the Wumpa League is the next part of the Crash Bandicoot series as originally planned on the Switch, Xbox, and PlayStation. During the summer there had to be beta testing originally. The game was supposed to come out this October.  There had to be 16 characters in the game and 13 different maps at the very beginning, which is pretty impressive.

Although we don’t know when the game will arrive, there are lots of speculations about it. In several months this was the only news we received. After the claim was made, Matt Romano started to refuse that he is the leaker. Activision did not provide any comments on this leak yet. After this Tweet, many players came back to discuss the upcoming game. Basically, the leak did not reveal anything extraordinary but helped to refresh the interest in the game that began to fade away.
